Allowances to jurors
(1)
The allowance payable under section 31(1) of the Ordinance to a
person who serves as a juror is
$995
in respect of each day during the whole or part of which the person serves as a
juror.
(2)
The rate of allowance prescribed for the purpose of section 31(3) of
the Ordinance is
$995
in respect of each day during the whole or part of which the person serves as a
juror.
