Resolved
that this Council approves the establishment of a suspense account, to be known as “The
Financial Secretary
Incorporated Suspense
Account”,
which shall be employed to enable the Financial Secretary Incorporated to deal with the
regrant or renewal of Government Leases and manage the properties comprised therein and
such account shall not at any time be in debt to an amount exceeding
$20,000,000.00.

accordance with section 30 of the Public Finance Ordinance (Cap. 2).
