1.  In paragraphs 3 and 57 at pages 2 and 25, reference to “Bylamson Enterprises Limited” should read “Bylamson & Associates (Enterprises) Limited”.

2.  In paragraph 19 at page 7, “statue-barred” in line C should read “statute-barred”.

3.  In paragraphs 46 and 52 at pages 18 and 22, reference to “tan’s evidence” should read “Tan’s evidence”.

4.  In paragraph 46 at page 18, “purchase” in line S should read “purpose”.

5.  In paragraph 49 at page 21, “HCA2454/2005” in line C should read “HCA2545/2005”.

6.  In paragraph 51 at page 21, the sentence in line Q should read “Neither had Lam said or done anything to satisfy him on the point.”

7.  In paragraph 52 at page 22, “daughter” in line I should read “daughters”.
