Hon Cheung JA (giving the Judgment of the Court) :
1. The applicant having filed the notice of appeal pursuant to our judgment of 29 February 2024, it is ordered that the applicant’s appeal be allowed, the orders made by Deputy High Court Judge Bruno Chan (‘the Judge’) of 3 April 2023 be set aside and the application for leave to apply for judicial review by the applicant and her son be remitted to the Judge for his reconsideration.
2. There will be no order made on the applicant’s summons dated 9 April 2024.
