Please note the following corrigenda in the Decision dated 17 January 2017:

1.  Paragraph 7(a) on page 4 should read:

“the first of such applications was made in 1994 but it was refused in 1997 on the ground that the applicant therein was not an indigenous villager;”

2.  Paragraph 7(c) on page 4 should read:

“two similar applications were made but were withdrawn in 2008 when the present applicant opposed them;”

3.  The 1^st sentence of paragraph 7(d) on page 4 should read:

“the said two applications were made again in 2008 and were opposed in 2011 by the applicant herein.”

4.  The following words should be added after paragraph 7(g) on page 5:

“(adapted from para 8, 17, 19 to 22, 25, 29, 33 to 34, 36 to 37, 44 to 45, 48 and 50, Form 86)”
