C O R R I G E N D U M
1. The Judgment handed down by the Honourable Mr Justice Chung in Court on 5 April 2017 should be amended as follows.
2. Page 14, H-K, para 41 is to be replaced by:-
“Further, the parties disclosed at the pre-trial review hearing that: (a) the plaintiff had filed a “s 8 notice” (probably referring to a written claim submitted pursuant to s 8, Lands Resumption Ordinance (Cap 124)); (b) depending on whether the plaintiff`s claim in this action succeeds, the amount of compensation for D1`s shop (more precisely, the subject area) would be dealt with by the Lands Tribunal (see also s 8 and Schedule, Lands Tribunal Ordinance (Cap 17)). It is conceivable that any dispute regarding the exact size of the subject area (and therefore the amount of related compensation payable) will be looked into by the Lands Tribunal.”
