1.  At paragraph 50 of the Judgment, “…to be taxed if not agreed.” should read “…to be taxed if not agreed.  The applicant’s own costs be taxed in accordance with legal aid regulations.”

2.  At page 22, the legal representative for the applicant should read “Mr Valentine Yim, instructed by Lee Chan Cheng, assigned by the Director of Legal Aid, for the applicant”.
