Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment dated 22 July 2011: -

Page 5, paragraph 14 should read as:-

“14. The parties agreed that the damages were $2,680,000 which were reduced to $2,064,000 because of the plaintiff’s contributory negligence and an agreed deduction of $80,000 being in the notion of an ex gratia payment or a loan paid to the plaintiff after the accident.”

Page 20, paragraph 56, line 3 should read as:-

“Judgment for $2,600,000 (i.e. $2,680,000 less $80,000) shall be entered against the defendants.”
