Page 10, Line M: The heading “Future Medical Expenses” should be “Medical Expenses”.
Page 10, paragraph 27: The sentence “The claim for medical expenses of $10,720 was not disputed and are awarded accordingly.” is added at the beginning.
Page 11, paragraph 30, “(d) Medical expenses $10,720” should be added after item (c) Tonic Food. The sub-total of Special Damages becomes $109,720 and the sum of items 1-3 becomes $589,720. Therefore, the sum awards should be $408,920 instead of $398,200.
