Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 13 December 2024:

1.  In paragraph 14, in the third sentence, “Li CJ provided” should read as “Li CJ gave”.

2.  In paragraph 18 of the first sentence, delete “a list of”, and at the end of the sentence, insert “, although there are factors that are usually taken into account.”
