The following corrections had been made to the Reasons for Judgment dated 12 May 2014:-

1.   The name of the plaintiff “LEE BING CHEUNG” should read as “LEE BING CHUENG”.

2.   Paragraph 9.1 at page 14, line 4, “…the old houses in Lot 28 (i.e. Houses No. 3B and No. 3)” should read as “…the old houses in Lot 28 (i.e. Houses No. 3A and No. 3)”.
