Please note the following corrigendum in the Reasons for Ruling dated 15 June 2023:

1.  On page 1, The Neutral Citation Number should be “[2023] HKCFI 1699”.

2.  In paragraph 7 on page 5, lines C - D “ Court of Criminal in R v Rowe ” should read “ Court of Appeal in R v Rowe ”.

3.  In paragraph 12 on page 7, lines A - B “ Messrs Cross⁸ and Knight⁹ as prosecution witness ” should read “ Messrs Cross⁸ and Knight⁹ as prosecution witnesses ”.

4.  In paragraph 16 on page 8, lines K - L “ paragraphs 4 and 11 above ” should read “ paragraphs 5 and 12 above ”.

5.  In paragraph 30 on page 13, lines P - Q “ it would be unfair to make give the undertaking ” should read “ it would be unfair to give the undertaking ”.

6.  In paragraph 81 on page 30, lines H – I “ the New Zealand evidence inadmissible ” should read “ the New Zealand evidence was  inadmissible ”.
