HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION
COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE
BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS NO. 3530 OF 2014

D E C I S I O N
1. Despite the evidence that the debtor is unable to appear today by reason of a medical appointment for the removal of stitches, I make the usual bankruptcy order with costs against him because:
(1) The Statutory Demand is based on a judgment debt; (2) No evidence has been filed by the debtor to demonstrate what bona fide dispute he has over the judgment debt; and (3) He has had ample notice of this hearing and there is no explanation why the appointment in question has to clash with this hearing.
