1. I have dealt with the preparatory applications which preceded the hearing of this Amended Petition.
2. I am satisfied on the material before me that the order sought in this application should be granted. I should mention in particular that 2 minor non-compliances and an arithmetic error have been brought to my attention. They are minor in nature and do not impact upon the merits of this application.
3. Accordingly, I grant an order on the Amended Petition as per the draft before me as amended.
