Costs of the appeal

1.  The wife is entitled to 50% of the costs of the appeal with certificate for three counsel.

2.  In respect of the stay proceedings heard on 22 January and 27 February 2013, the costs orders were costs in the cause of the appeal.  In line with the costs order of the appeal, the wife is entitled to 50% of such costs.
