The application

1.  The applicant filed Form 86 dated 13 September 2018 for application for leave to apply for judicial review of the Decision dated 28 March 2018 of the Torture Claims Appeal Board (“the Board’s Decision”).  By Form call-1 dated 20 June 2020 (“the Court’s decision”), the Court dismissed his application.

2.  By Summons dated 26 August 2020, the applicant asked for leave to appeal against the Court’s decision out of time.

3.  By affirmation dated 9 April 2021, the applicant applied to cancel his summons for extension of time for his appeal.

4.  I accede to the applicant’s request and dismiss his application.
