D E C I S I O N

(Summary Assessment of Costs)

1.  On 28 January 2021, I have made costs orders against the Respondent on the following matters:

     (1)  The 1^st Appointment held on 28 January 2021;

     (2)  The Petitioner’s inter-parte summons dated 18 September 2020 on the issue of access; and

     (3)  The Petitioner’s ex-parte application for committal proceedings against the Respondent.

2.  I have also directed that the costs orders are to be summarily assessed which I now do.

3.  The costs of the 1^st Appointment on 28 January 2021 are now assessed at $25,000.

4.  The costs of the inter-parte summons dated 18 September 2020 are now assessed at $14,000.

5.  The costs of the ex-parte application for committal proceedings are now assessed at $12,000.

6.  All the above assessed costs are payable by the Respondent forthwith.
