D E C I S I O N
1. I have read the affirmation of the 1st Plaintiff. The Defendant has not attended court today to oppose the application. The contents of the said affirmation remain unopposed.
2. I accept the contents of the said affirmation as being truthful. There are, therefore, sufficient grounds to support the present application.
3. I grant an order in terms of item 1 of the summons. As for item 2 of the summons, I order that the costs of and incidental to this application be paid by the Defendant to the 1st and 2nd Plaintiffs, to be taxed, if not agreed.
