1. There will be a rolled up hearing of the 1st and 2nd respondents’ summonses both dated 11 May 2023 seeking leave to appeal against the order of Deputy District Court Judge Roy Yu dated 27 April 2023.
2. The rolled up hearing is to be heard at the same time of the 1st and 2nd respondents’ appeal (CACV 102/2023 and 106/2023) against the judgment of Deputy District Court Judge Roy Yu dated 21 October 2022.
3. Costs of the application be reserved.
