Please note the following corrigendum in the Ruling on Costs dated 3 March 2025:-

1.  Line N of paragraph 8 on page 4, “legally added” should read “legally aided”.

2.  Between line G and H of paragraph 13 on page 6, “a” should be deleted.

3.  Line B on page 7, “on a pro bono basis” after “Mr Jason Ko” and “Ms Yvonne Leung” should be deleted.

4.  Between line B and C on page 7, “(assigned by the Director of Legal Aid)” should be replaced with “, on a pro bono basis”.
