1.  Within the quoted Clause 9 of the DMC at paragraph 39 on P.11 of the Judgment, insert after sub-paragraph (10) the following words:-

“To repair and keep in good repair and condition the main structure, roof and fabric of the said building its equipment, apparatus, services, facilities and common areas and when necessary to replace any part or parts thereof which require replacement.”
