RULING ON COSTS

1.  On 6 October 2020, I made my Ruling that the plaintiff should pay the costs of the defendant in the action to be summarily assessed. I directed the defendant to submit its statement of costs and that the parties should make written submissions regarding the same.

2.  The defendant has submitted its statement of costs claiming a total of $200,490.00. I have considered the written submissions of the parties regarding the same.

3.  I now make a summary assessment of the costs which the plaintiff should pay to the defendant in the sum of $153,990.00.
