Hon G Lam JA (giving the Decision on Summary Assessment of Costs of the Court):
1. Having considered the statements of costs lodged by the plaintiff in the two appeals and the lists of objections lodged by the 1st and 2nd defendants respectively, we summarily assess the costs awarded to the plaintiff on an indemnity basis as follows: (i) in CACV 169/2022, the sum of $417,817; (ii) in CACV 170/2022, the sum of $375,726.
