Please note the following amendments to the Judgment dated 19 April 2024:
1. The hearing mode should be “in Court”. 2. Page 8, paragraph 14 and line C: “Mr Yan conveyed Mr Kan’s reassurance to Mr Yan” should read as “Mr Yan conveyed Mr Kan’s reassurance to Mr Chan”. 3. Page 11, paragraph 22 and line A to B, “The court’s order … namely, that "the remuneration …” should read as “The court’s order … namely, that the remuneration …”.
