Since my Judgment of the 4 June 2013 and my Note of the 22 July 2013 following a matter raised by the parties in respect of the basis of the damages, a further matter has been raised in respect of paragraph 100 of my Judgment. There is set out the figure of HKD 2,597,146.67 being, as I understood from the papers the final contract price. In fact, the proper figure representing the contract price is agreed at HKD 1,808,560.00 and accordingly I make the necessary correction to the Judgment. The interest in accordance with my Judgment has been calculated on this figure. That calculation has been submitted to the Defendant’s Solicitors for their agreement. Their silence has been taken as agreement and the final Judgment incorporates that calculation.
