Kindly note the following correction in the Decision of the above-mentioned case handed down by Deputy High Court Judge Au-Yeung in Chambers on 16 September 2011 :-
The 1st sentence of paragraph 54 at page 19 is amended by deleting “Both summonses are dismissed.” and be replaced by “The Production Summons is dismissed and paragraph 1 of the Interrogatories Summons is granted.”
