1.  This is the Applicant seeks leave to appeal the order of this Court dated 28 August 2025 refusing her application for leave to apply for judicial review (the “leave application”) of the decision of the Torture Claims Appeal Board / Non-Refoulement Claims Petition Office.  Pursuant to the directions of this Court, she filed grounds of her intended appeal on 16 September 2025.  She is only 5 days late.  Regardless of merits, extension of time until 4 pm on 14 November 2025 to appeal the order of this Court dated 28 August 2025 refusing her application for leave to apply for Judicial Review is granted.
