Kindly note the following:-

- at page 17, paragraph 54 line 4, the words “(see paragraph 45 above)” should  be replaced by “(see paragraph 44 above)”;

- at page 25, paragraph 82 line 4, the words “was” should be replaced by “were”;

- at page 40, paragraph 136 line 4, the word “to” should be inserted after the word “difficult”;

- at page 56, paragraph 181 line 1, the word “to” should be inserted after the word “according”;

- at page 66, paragraph 211 line 7, “6 February 2009” should be replaced by “3 February 2009”;

- at page 69, paragraph 220 point (ii) the words “and MPF” should be inserted after “earnings”.
