In Paragraph 18 on page 10 of the Decision, “such that the Claimant is contractually entitled to ask for the proceedings to be stayed” should read “such that the Claimant is contractually entitled to restrain the continuation of the proceedings, or to ask for the proceedings to be stayed”.
