Kindly note that the following corrections in the Judgment given out by the Honourable Mr Justice Bharwaney on 23 April 2020:

1.  Page 12, paragraph 17 and line B, “…the Road Traffic (Construction and Maintenance of Vehicles) Regulations, Cap. 374…” should read as “…the Road Traffic (Construction and Maintenance of Vehicles) Regulations, Cap. 374A…”.

2.  Page 35, paragraph 56 and line D, “…the traffic ahead of him on the 2^nd lane was slowing down, crossed into the third lane…” should read as “…the traffic ahead of him on the 2^nd lane was slowing down, crossed into the 3^rd lane…”.

3.  Page 35, paragraph 56 and line G, “…Had he done so, he would not have cut into the 3^rd lane…” should read as “…Had he done so, he would not have crossed into the 3^rd lane…”.

4.  Page 45, paragraph 83 and line C, “…since that the date of that decision up to July 2017…” should read as “…since the date of that decision up to July 2017…”.
