1. Paragraph 9, first line delete ‘(as amended by the Tribunal)’; and
2. Paragraph 12, the first sentence should read as: ‘Market misconduct means, among other things, insider dealing (Section 2 with reference to Schedule 1 and Section 245(1) of SFO).’
